Meet Costanza

I am a registered psychologist with over 13 years of experience supporting individuals, young people, parents, and families across different life stages. My work is grounded in compassion, cultural sensitivity, and evidence-based psychological practice.

As an immigrant myself, I have a deep appreciation of the emotional complexities that come with raising children away from one's country of origin. I am particularly passionate about supporting parents — especially expat and immigrant mothers — through the transition to motherhood, helping them navigate identity changes, isolation, and the demands of early parenthood with greater confidence and emotional support.

I also have a strong interest in parental wellbeing, early childhood, and supporting families impacted by alcohol and other drug use among adolescents and young people, with a focus on relational and emotional health.

If you are feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or simply in need of a supportive space to reflect and feel understood, you are warmly invited to get in touch.

How I Can Support You

Providing tailored psychological support for life's most significant transitions and challenges.

Perinatal & Parental Wellbeing

Supporting parents through pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood, navigating identity changes and emotional overwhelm.

Infant & Early Childhood Sleep

Gentle, responsive strategies within a developmental and relational framework — no prescriptive sleep training.

Adolescents & Young People

A supportive and non-judgemental space for young people facing emotional, behavioural, and relational challenges, including substance use support.

For Immigrant & Expat Mothers

Becoming a mother while living away from your home country can feel isolating and overwhelming.

If you are navigating motherhood as an immigrant or expat and would like culturally sensitive, compassionate support, I welcome you to get in touch. Motherhood can feel especially heavy when lived far from home — you are warmly invited to reach out for a space to breathe.
